Found a work-around. I have a Garmin eTrex20, bought last year. Create a Folder in MyDocuments and call it something like GeoCaches. Or if you're downloading a whole series name the folder after that series to make it easy to find again. In Win10 you should still have the option to open a page using Internet Explorer. Sign into Geocaching.com, find the series or cache you want and select to download the GPX file.

When it asks you whether you want to open or save it, select SAVE AS, set the destination folder for the one you've created and save the gpx file there. Open BaseCamp, connect your Garmin, then go to 'file' then 'import into my collection', then select the file path to the folder you created. Then select all the gpx files you downloaded in to that folder.
