Hello, I purchased a new MacBook Pro and was trying to download the software for the Office: Mac 2008 Home and Student Edition onto my new computer. I have the original disk and on the back of the sleeve the product key. When I try to down load the software I am getting an error stating 'The installation failed.' The installer could not install the software. The installer could not install the software because there was not software found to install. I am not sure what exactly this means since the disk is in the drive.
Any idea how I can get this program onto my new Mac?
